The AirTAC GFR30015MLF2WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
GFR30015MLF2WTK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), manual drain, low-pressure regulator type, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and the mounting bracket included. The polycarbonate bowl lets you see the condensate level at a glance; open the manual drain to discharge accumulated water. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including automatic or differential-pressure drains, the 40 um standard element, gauge scale in MPa, psi or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for the series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air at a reduced, stable pressure feeds clamping cylinders on a machining fixture, with the 5 um element protecting the clamp valve seats from particulate carryover.
A single body conditions the supply to a packaging machine's valves and cylinders, removing water and debris and holding the working pressure the machine's control circuit calls for.
The low-pressure regulator type and 5 um filtration suit a bench or booth spray setup where atomising air must be clean and held well below full line pressure.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) against the air your circuit needs - the 300 size with its 1/2 in NPT port sits mid-range. Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit) needs periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate without attention. Filter grade is 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard; gauge scale can be MPa, psi or bar; thread can be PT (the standard), G (BSPP) or NPT; the bracket is included on this code. Flow for the series is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing on request before you order.
The M in the code sets a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by opening the drain valve by hand. If you prefer unattended draining, the same 300-size filter regulator is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain - ask us for the alternative code.
