The AirTAC GFR30015MLF3WT AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator 1/2 NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1/2" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR30015MLF3WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type with a 1/2 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a manual-drain polycarbonate bowl, an embedded square gauge scaled in bar, and a mounting bracket included.
It is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is made in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options for automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, and a reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet numbers for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 15 | Port size PT1/2". This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplies filtered, regulated low-pressure air to pneumatic clamps on a milling or drilling fixture, with the 5 um element keeping clamp seals free of grit and water.
Feeds atomizing air to a small coating or spray head that runs below standard line pressure; the bar-scaled square gauge gives a direct reading for repeatable settings.
Regulates clean air to sorting and diverting cylinders on a packaging conveyor, with the manual drain letting an operator bleed accumulated water at shift start.
Size and port: the 300 size here carries a 1/2 in NPT port; step up or down through the 200/400/600 sizes if your flow demand or piping differs. Drain: this unit has a manual drain, so accumulated water is bled from the bowl by hand; automatic and differential-pressure drains are available if you want that handled without attention. Filter grade: the W code fits the 5 um element, where the standard element is 40 um. Gauge: the embedded square gauge is scaled in bar; MPa or psi scales and an external round gauge are options. Thread: NPT is fitted here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. Bracket included.
This is the low-pressure type, so its regulation range differs from the standard unit and the exact range is not published in the summary data - ask us to confirm it. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so have us check sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The M code in GFR30015MLF3WT specifies a manual drain: accumulated water is released by hand from the polycarbonate bowl. If you would rather not rely on an operator, the same unit is available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain.
