The AirTAC GFR300C08AJF3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08AJF3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation in a single body. This size 300 unit is threaded NPT1/4 (1/4 in), carries a 40 um filter element, and drains its metal bowl automatically, so collected condensate is ejected without anyone opening the drain. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) of adjustment, with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the embedded square gauge reads in bar so the setpoint is visible at a glance. It is supplied without a mounting bracket and without a reverse/check valve. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), on compressed air only.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure draining, a 5 um (W) element, alternative gauge styles and scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing or any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air feeding the gripper actuators on a pick-and-place assembly robot, where the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the gripper circuit between shifts.
Air preparation for the cylinder-driven flap-fold and taping heads on a carton sealing machine, with the bar-scale square gauge letting operators verify the setpoint during changeover.
Regulated air to the pneumatic pushers and clamps of an automated sample-handling station, where a 40 um element protects small control valves from particulate carryover.
Size 300 with a 1/4 in port sits in the middle of the GFR range; step up to 400 or 600, or down to 200, according to the air demand of the circuit. Choose the drain to suit maintenance access: this unit drains automatically, while manual and differential-pressure versions are available. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify the W code for 5 um where finer particulate removal matters. The fitted square gauge reads bar; MPa and psi scales and an external round gauge are order options. This unit is supplied without a bracket (add the bracket code if panel-style mounting is needed) and without a reverse/check valve. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard thread for the series, and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and other datasheet figures for you on request.
The A in the code means the metal bowl drains automatically, ejecting collected condensate without manual attention. Manual (M) and differential-pressure (blank code) draining are catalogue options on the GFR300 if you prefer a different arrangement.
