The AirTAC GFR300C08MF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/4 Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C08MF2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at your setpoint. This configuration is the 300 size with a G1/4 (BSPP) port, a manual drain bowl in PC (polycarbonate), a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a fitted reverse (check) valve, and the mounting bracket included. Regulation range for this manual-drain unit is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and an operating temperature of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and is available with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) element instead of the standard 40 um, alternative gauge scales in MPa or bar, and NPT or G thread options. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Clean, regulated air at the machine inlet keeps tool-change cylinders and clamping actuators moving consistently through a full shift, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint at the panel.
Feeding pick-and-place and carton-sealing cylinders on a packaging line, the unit strips condensate and pipe scale before the valves while holding a stable working pressure at each drop.
On sorting and conveyor systems with air-powered divertors, stoppers and gate cylinders, the filter regulator protects the directional valves from water and debris and keeps switching pressure repeatable.
Choose the size and port step (200 through 600, 1/8 to 1 inch) against the air demand of your circuit; the 300 size with its G1/4 port suits lines supplied at 1/4 inch. Pick the drain to match access: manual drain (as here) needs periodic bleeding by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle condensate without operator attention. The standard element is 40 um; specify code W for the 5 um grade where downstream equipment needs finer filtration. The embedded square gauge is standard and can be scaled in MPa, psi or bar (psi here); an external round gauge is optional. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; the bracket is included on this unit. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one l/min or SCFM number we can quote. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet flow curves on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain bowl: condensate collects in the PC bowl and is bled by hand, which suits stations that are checked as part of a routine. If the drop is unattended or has heavy condensate, the same GFR300 in G1/4 can be ordered with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain instead.
