The AirTAC GFR300C08MJC1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C08MJC1TK is a size 300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in one body. This configuration is a 1/4 in NPT port unit with a manual drain bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, a round pressure gauge reading in MPa, a built-in reverse (check) valve, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with choices of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard, G and NPT as options) and bracket. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C0 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming and sealing line, with the manual drain cleared during scheduled shift checks.
Regulating supply pressure to pop-up diverters and stopper cylinders on a parcel-sort conveyor, with the check valve holding the downstream circuit if upstream pressure dips.
Conditioning air for a benchtop sample-handling rig where a compact 1/4 in filter regulator sits between the shop drop and the instrument's valve manifold.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200/300/400/600, 1/8 in to 1 in), so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand at your working pressure - ask us to check the curve against your application. Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit, with the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa adjustment range), automatic, or differential-pressure (default). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) where finer filtration is needed. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round MPa gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. Brackets are optional (this unit ships without one).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can quote. Tell us your working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curve on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain bowl: condensate is released by hand at service intervals, and the manual-drain version carries the widest regulator adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). The K in the code means a reverse (check) valve is fitted. If you prefer hands-off draining, the automatic (A) and differential-pressure (blank) drain options are available in the same family.
