The AirTAC GFR300C08MLJC1WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/4 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is a 1/4 in NPT port unit with the finer 5 um filter element (code W), a manual drain on the metal bowl, the low-pressure regulator type, a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa, a reverse/check valve fitted, and no mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is ordered with a choice of drain type, filter grade, gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as options), bracket and reverse valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds spray guns and atomizing nozzles on a paint line, where the 5 um element keeps water and particles out of the finish and the low-pressure regulator suits circuits running at reduced supply pressure.
Supplies cleaned, regulated air to machine-tool enclosures and purge points on a machining centre, with the manual drain letting an operator bleed collected water from the bowl at shift start.
Drives air-blast nozzles that clear dust and debris from product and belt on a packaging conveyor, with a reverse/check valve fitted in the circuit and the round MPa gauge giving a clear local pressure readout.
Size the unit by port and expected flow: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, and this 300 size carries a 1/4 in NPT port. Choose the drain to match your maintenance routine: manual (as here) drains on demand, automatic drains continuously, and the default differential-pressure type drains as the pressure differential rises. Filter grade is 40 um standard; the W code gives the finer 5 um element fitted here. Gauge style (embedded square standard, external round optional) and scale (MPa, psi or bar) are selectable, as are thread (PT standard, G or NPT), bracket and reverse/check valve. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact regulation range is not published, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating - ask us to check the curve against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet and check the curve against your required port size before you order.
This unit is ordered with a manual drain: an operator opens it to release collected water from the bowl. The GFR family also offers an automatic drain and a differential-pressure drain as ordering options, and the 5 um element (code W) is chosen over the 40 um standard where finer filtration is needed.
