The AirTAC GFR300C10ALC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10ALC2WG is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point in a single body. This configuration is built on the GFR300 size with a G3/8 (BSPP) port, a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without operator attention, and the low-pressure regulator type. A round gauge scaled in psi is fitted, the bowl is metal, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, offered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clean, regulated air to the cylinders and grippers on a carton-forming or case-sealing conveyor line: the 5 um element protects downstream seals from fine particles and the automatic drain keeps condensate out of the loop without daily attention.
Supplying test rigs and lab benches that need air held at a modest, stable pressure; the fitted round psi gauge gives a direct readout and the low-pressure regulator type suits circuits that run well below full line pressure.
Point-of-use air preparation ahead of a solenoid-valve manifold on a machine frame: water and particulate are filtered down to 5 um, pressure is set locally at the manifold, and the included bracket mounts the unit directly beside it.
Start with size and port: the 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes step up in port and flow capacity, and this unit is the 300 size with a 3/8 in G-thread port - match the step to the air demand of the circuit, and ask us to check the flow curve against your consumption since no single rated flow is published. Drain type is a real decision: automatic (as fitted here) removes condensate on its own, manual relies on an operator, and differential-pressure drains only when element loading justifies it. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (this unit) where finer cleanliness is needed. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and thread (PT standard, with G or NPT as order options) are specified at ordering, and a bracket is included with this unit. As a low-pressure type, the exact adjustment range is not published here - confirm it with us from the datasheet before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR-series flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so no one flow number is quoted here. Tell us your working pressure and air consumption and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curve for your application before you order.
The automatic drain expels collected condensate by itself, so the bowl does not depend on an operator or a pressure differential to empty. The 5 um element (code W) filters more finely than the 40 um standard grade, which suits downstream components sensitive to finer particles. If you would prefer the manual or differential-pressure drain, or the 40 um grade, ask us and we will confirm the equivalent configuration.
