GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT

The AirTAC GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.

About the GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT

The GFR300C10ALNWT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, removing water and particulate from compressed air and holding downstream pressure at a set point. This configuration is a low-pressure type with a 3/8 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the polycarbonate bowl, and a mounting bracket included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. No gauge is fitted on this variant.

This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR300 size sits within the 200/300/400/600 range, and the family can be ordered with manual or differential-pressure drains, the standard 40 um element, PT or G thread, and with or without a gauge. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

GFR300G-series filter regulator, 300 body — sets the port range.
C1Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2".
(blank)Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)).
(blank)Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type.
(blank)Mounting bracket included.
(blank)Pressure gauge fitted (blank).
(blank)Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square.
(blank)Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar.
(blank)Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist.
(blank)PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT.
(blank)No reverse-flow valve (the default).

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.

A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Where the GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT Is Used

precision_manufacturing

Robotic pick-and-place cells

Feeding filtered, regulated low-pressure air to gripper and clamp actuators on assembly robots, with the 5 um element helping protect downstream valve seals from particulate.

conveyor_belt

Packaging and labeling lines

Conditioning air for case sealers, labelers and carton-forming cylinders, where the automatic drain handles condensate at drop points that are not inspected every shift.

science

Paint and coating spray booths

Supplying spray guns and coating equipment with air that has been filtered and held at a set low pressure, supporting a consistent finish on painted parts.

Is the GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT the Right Unit?

The decodable choices start with size and port: 200/300/400/600, with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in - step up a size when the circuit needs more flow. Drain type is a real decision: automatic (fitted here), manual, or differential-pressure; automatic suits installations that are not checked every shift. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection downstream - this unit carries the 5 um element. Thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. Gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales can be specified, but no gauge is fitted on this variant. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.

Quick checklist

  • ✓ Body size for your peak flow (See datasheet here)
  • ✓ Element 40 µm or 5 µm
  • ✓ Drain sets the regulating band
  • ✓ Gauge fitted, shape and scale
  • ✓ Thread PT, G (BSPP) or NPT
  • ✓ Oil needed downstream? Use GFC instead

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  • check Mount vertically, bowl down, following the airflow arrow.
  • check One body does the filtering and the regulating — no separate regulator needed.
  • check Keep inlet pressure at or below 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
  • check Adjust only within 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi).
  • check Drain condensate before the bowl fills.
  • check Keep the unit above freezing (-5 to +70 °C, unfreeze).

The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.

GFR300C10ALNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT FAQ

AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number here. Send us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet on request.

The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which removes collected condensate from the bowl without anyone having to open a drain by hand. The same GFR300 body can be ordered with a manual or differential-pressure drain instead, and with the standard 40 um element rather than the 5 um (W) element fitted here.
