The AirTAC GFR300C10LJC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10LJC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built on a G3/8 (BSPP) port with the 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain, a metal bowl, an external round pressure gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve. It is the low-pressure regulator type and is supplied without a mounting bracket (code J).
It is a genuine AirTAC part, rated for a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and operating temperatures of -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options for drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, thread form and bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding pneumatic clamps and swing cylinders on a welding or machining fixture that must run at a reduced regulated pressure, with the 5 um element keeping scale and water out of the clamp valves.
Supplying filtered, regulated low-pressure air to a laboratory test bench or small spray-coating rig, where fine 5 um filtration protects the tooling and the low-pressure type suits gentle setpoints.
Point-of-use conditioning for cylinders and air-driven diverters on a packaging or bottling line, combining water and particulate removal with pressure regulation in one G3/8 unit instead of two components.
Size and port: the 300 size carries a larger G3/8 port than the 200 step, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your air demand - we can check the curve against your application on request. Filtration: this unit carries the 5 um element; the standard grade is 40 um if finer filtration is not required. Drain: a differential-pressure drain is fitted here, with automatic (A) and manual (M) versions available. Gauge: the round external gauge with psi scale is specified; the embedded square gauge and MPa or bar scales are alternatives. Thread: G (BSPP) on this code, with PT as the standard and NPT orderable. Bracket: omitted here (J); bracketed versions exist. Regulation: this is the low-pressure type, and its exact range is not published, so confirm it with us before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes G-series flow as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the GFR300 datasheet before you order.
This unit is the low-pressure version of the GFR300 filter regulator. The exact regulation range for the low-pressure type is not published in the sheet we work from, so we confirm it on request; the standard-type GFR300 regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa with this differential-pressure drain.
