The AirTAC GFR300C10MC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C10MC1WT is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is threaded NPT3/8 (3/8 in), carries a 5 um filter element for finer filtration than the standard 40 um grade, uses a manual drain on the bowl, and is supplied with a round pressure gauge scaled in MPa. The standard regulator covers an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as orderable options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filter grades, and square or round gauges scaled in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures on request before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Mounted ahead of a clamping circuit on a CNC fixture, the unit strips water and fine particles from the shop air line and holds a steady, operator-set clamping pressure, with the MPa gauge giving a direct reading at the cell.
On a carton-forming or wrapping machine fed from a shared plant-air ring main, the 5 um element protects the machine's control valves and cylinders from condensate and fine debris while the regulator sets the pressure the machine was designed for.
Installed at the take-off point of a factory air drop serving hand-operated air tools and small actuators, the unit conditions the supply locally and lets each workstation run at its own set pressure instead of the main line pressure.
For this 300-size unit the 3/8 in NPT port is the fixed connection point; step up to size 400 or 600 if your line needs a larger port and more flow, or down to size 200 if the application is light duty. The 5 um element (code W) suits air that feeds sensitive valves, cylinders or instruments; the standard 40 um grade is the economical choice for general plant air. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically - choose an automatic drain instead if the unit sits where nobody regularly walks past. The fitted round gauge reads in MPa; psi and bar scales and an embedded square gauge are alternatives in the family. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as orderable options; a bracket is included on this unit.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rated number, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for GFR units as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and line conditions and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this model on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate collected in the bowl is released by opening the drain by hand. It suits positions that are checked during normal maintenance rounds. If the unit will sit unattended, the same family offers automatic or differential-pressure drains instead - just order the corresponding code.
