The AirTAC GFR300C10MJC3TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/8, Bar Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MJC3TK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. It removes water and particulate from compressed air with the standard 40 um element, then holds a regulated downstream pressure adjustable from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). This configuration is built with a 3/8 in NPT port, a manual drain on the bowl, a round external pressure gauge with bar scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted; it is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT / G / NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, 40 um or 5 um (W) filtration, gauge and scale choices, and bracket options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the clamping and tool-change cylinders on a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding the set pressure against upstream fluctuation.
Conditioning the supply to vacuum generators and gripper cylinders on a carton packaging line, where clean, dry air at a stable set pressure keeps pick-and-place cycles repeatable.
Supplying the air cylinders that divert products between conveyor lanes in a distribution centre, with the manual drain emptied during scheduled line stops.
Size and port set the capacity: the GFR300 with its 3/8 in port sits in the middle of the range (200 / 300 / 400 / 600), so step up or down according to the air demand of the circuit it feeds. Choose the drain to suit access: manual drain (this unit) needs someone to open it periodically; automatic or differential-pressure drains suit points that are hard to reach. Filtration is 40 um standard on this model; specify the W variant if the application needs 5 um. The gauge here is the external round type with bar scale; embedded square gauges and MPa / psi scales are the other catalogue choices. Thread is NPT on this unit, with PT (standard) and G available as order options, and brackets can be added if the J (no bracket) build does not suit the mounting. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as performance curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can honestly quote. Tell us your inlet pressure and the flow your circuit needs, and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: the bowl is emptied by hand at intervals, which suits points that are checked during routine maintenance. The GFR300 is also catalogued with automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drains, so choose those if the unit will be mounted where manual draining is impractical.
