The AirTAC GFR300C10MLJC1T AirTAC Low-Pressure Filter Regulator NPT3/8 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C10MLJC1T is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type, sized for a 3/8 in NPT port, with a manual drain on the metal bowl, a 40 um standard filter element, and the external round gauge fitted on a MPa scale. No mounting bracket is included and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in and a choice of drain type, filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um optional), gauge style and scale, thread (PT standard; G and NPT as order options), bracket and reverse/check valve. Rated flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds clean, regulated low-pressure air to the clamping fixtures around a CNC mill, holding a steady downstream setting so workpieces stay gripped consistently through the cycle.
Filters water and particles out of the spray-gun supply line and regulates pressure down to the low setting a booth job needs, with the MPa gauge giving the operator a clear reading.
Runs the low-pressure cylinders that push cartons between conveyor lanes, with the manual-drain bowl emptied during scheduled line changeovers.
Size and port step up together across the GFR range (200, 300, 400, 600), so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand at your working pressure - we can check the curve with you. Drain choice is manual (this model), automatic, or differential-pressure: manual suits points where an operator drains the bowl on a schedule, while automatic or differential-pressure suits unattended duty. Filter grade is 40 um standard, with 5 um (code W) for finer protection. Gauge options are the embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, on MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round gauge on MPa. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this model is NPT. Bracket and reverse/check valve are selectable. Because rated flow is published as curves, not a single number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This model has a manual drain: an operator opens the bowl drain during scheduled checks to clear collected water. If the unit sits where nobody passes regularly, the automatic or differential-pressure drain versions are the better decode - ask us to confirm the alternative code.
