The AirTAC GFR300C15JC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2, psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15JC2GK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. Compressed air passes through a 40 um element that removes water and particulate, then through a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). This configuration has a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, an external round gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse (check) valve; no mounting bracket is included. The polycarbonate bowl suits non-freezing compressed air from -5 to 70 C, and the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with automatic or manual drains, a finer 5 um element (code W), embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the shop-air feed to a CNC machine's pneumatic tool-clamp and chip-door cylinders, keeping water and swarf out of the valves while holding a steady set pressure.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the pop-up diverters and stop gates on a bottling or carton line, where a stable pressure setting keeps reject and pass lanes switching consistently.
Feeding a bench-top leak and pressure test rig, where the technician sets the test pressure using the psi gauge and the fitted check valve holds the circuit against backflow.
Choose the size by port and flow duty: this unit is size 300 with a G1/2 (BSPP) port, and the smaller 200 or larger 400/600 sizes step the port and flow capacity down or up. Drain comes as differential-pressure (this unit), automatic (code A) or manual (code M); the element is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W. Gauges are the embedded square type or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries a round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options (this unit: G), and the bracket can be included or omitted (this unit: no bracket, code J). A reverse/check valve is fitted on this unit (code K). Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one rated-flow number we can quote. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
C2 specifies an external round gauge with a psi scale (the embedded square gauge with an MPa scale is the standard alternative), and K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The 15 sets the 1/2 in port, J omits the mounting bracket, and the trailing G sets the G (BSPP) thread - PT is the standard thread, with G and NPT available as order options.
