The AirTAC GFR300C15LJC2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15LJC2GK is a filter regulator: a water-and-particulate filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, so a single panel position does both jobs. This unit is built on the GFR300 size with a G1/2 port, the low-pressure regulator type, a differential-pressure drain and the standard 40 um filter element. The polycarbonate bowl shows collected condensate at a glance, an external round gauge scaled in psi is fitted so the setting stays visible, and a reverse (check) valve is built in. No mounting bracket is included. It carries compressed air at up to 1.0 MPa (145 psi) inlet in temperatures from -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, and each size can be ordered with manual or automatic drain, a 5 um element (code W), alternative gauge scales, G or NPT threads, and with or without a bracket. We do not quote a single rated flow figure because AirTAC publishes flow as curves; ask us and we will confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered air regulated to a low set pressure actuates the swing clamps that hold aluminium housings during CNC milling, with the built-in check valve guarding against backflow.
Regulated low-pressure air drives the short-stroke cylinders that press heat-seal jaws closed on a bagging line, while the 40 um element keeps pipe scale out of the valves.
A low, stable regulated pressure feeds the spray guns at a paint booth, with water and particulate dropped out at the bowl before air reaches the gun.
Choose the size by port and expected air demand: this is size 300 with a G1/2 port; step up to 400 or 600 for larger circuits or down to 200 for compact ones, and ask us to check the flow curves before you order. On regulation, this is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits set below the standard range - the exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us against your set pressure. The differential-pressure drain bleeds the bowl automatically as air passes; automatic (A) or manual (M) drain codes are available if your duty needs them. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; order the W code for 5 um. The fitted round gauge reads in psi, and MPa or bar scales can be ordered. Thread is G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the standard thread and NPT is an order option. No mounting bracket is included (code J).
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and sizing for this G1/2 unit before you order.
The L code selects the low-pressure regulator variant, intended for circuits set below the standard range. The exact adjustment range for this variant is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it against your set pressure. Everything else on the unit - G1/2 port, 40 um element, differential-pressure drain, psi gauge and check valve - is unchanged.
