The AirTAC GFR300C15MC1T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MC1T is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has 1/2 in NPT ports, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the metal bowl, and a round pressure gauge with an MPa scale fitted. The standard regulator adjusts outlet pressure from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), a mounting bracket is included, and no reverse/check valve is fitted.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR line is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, thread options, drain types, a 5 um element (code W), and gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application and we will check them against the datasheet on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-set air to a workshop pneumatic press or clamp station, with the round MPa gauge letting operators read and hold the working pressure at the drop.
Conditions the air feeding cylinders and diverters on a cartoning or case-packing conveyor line, protecting actuators from water and debris while holding a stable set pressure.
Serves as the point-of-use filter regulator on a laboratory automation manifold, giving technicians a manual drain routine and a clear MPa readout ahead of sensitive pneumatic tooling.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow path your line needs - this 300-size unit carries 1/2 in NPT ports. Choose the drain to suit maintenance access: manual (this unit, with the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. The 40 um element suits general supply air; specify the 5 um W grade where finer filtration is required. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread can be ordered as PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your application and we will confirm the relevant flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: condensate is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits installations checked on a regular maintenance round, and it allows the widest 0.05-0.9 MPa setting range. The trailing T specifies 1/2 in NPT ports; PT is the standard thread for the series and G (BSPP) is also available to order.
