The AirTAC GFR300C15MC1WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MC1WT is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration is built on the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, carries the 5 um filter element (the W grade, finer than the 40 um standard), a manual drain on the bowl, and a round pressure gauge reading in MPa. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this 300 size is polycarbonate (PC), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family runs in four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options that include automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) element, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the tool-change circuit and clamping actuators of a machining centre. The 5 um element keeps fine particulate out of directional valves, the regulator holds a steady setting for repeatable clamping, and the manual drain is bled at shift start.
Conditioning the air fed to spray guns on a finishing line, where the regulator holds the atomizing pressure the painter sets and the 5 um element helps keep water and debris out of the nozzles between colour changes.
Supplying regulated air to the pusher and divert cylinders on a carton-sealing conveyor. The 1/2 in port serves the machine's main drop, and the manual drain is emptied during the daily changeover walk-round.
The choices that matter on this unit are all readable from the code. The 300 size with a 1/2 in port sits in the middle of the range: step up to 400/600 or down to 200 depending on the air demand of your line, and ask us to check the published flow curve against that demand before ordering. The 5 um element (W) suits points of use sensitive to fine particulate; the 40 um standard element is enough for general supply. The M in the code means a manual drain, which needs an operator to bleed the bowl - automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drains suit unattended runs. The round MPa gauge is fitted here; a square gauge, or psi or bar scales, are alternatives, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads can be ordered instead of the PT standard. A mounting bracket is included.
On sizing, be aware that flow for the GFR series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number on the page. Tell us your application and we will confirm the curve and datasheet against it before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line demand and we will confirm the flow curve and the datasheet for this exact model against your application before you order.
M is the manual drain: an operator opens it to bleed collected water from the bowl, which suits attended cells and daily checks. If the unit will sit on an unattended run, the same 300 size and port can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or the differential-pressure drain (blank) instead.
