The AirTAC GFR300C15MJC2WG AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MJC2WG is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. Compressed air passes a 5 um filter element (code W) and then a standard regulator that holds downstream pressure anywhere in the 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) range. This configuration carries a G1/2 (BSPP) port, a manual-drain polycarbonate (PC) bowl, a round external pressure gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket or reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi); working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, PT as the standard thread and G or NPT as order options, plus a choice of drain type, filter grade and gauge. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 08 = PT1/4", 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered and regulated air at a 1/2 in supply for clamps, fixtures and tool-change cylinders on a machining center. The 5 um element keeps water and airborne particulate out of the directional valves that position the workpiece.
Regulates the supply feeding carton-closing and case-erector cylinders along a packaging conveyor. Manual drain suits a line that is shut down and drained at the end of each shift.
Supplies spray guns in a paint or coating booth with air that is both filtered to 5 um and held at the pressure the gun setup calls for, with the psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the booth.
Size and port: GFR300 is the 300 size with a G1/2 port; step to 200, 400 or 600 if your line sits elsewhere - larger sizes carry larger ports and more flow. Drain: this unit is manual drain; automatic or differential-pressure drain is available in the same size if the bowl cannot be drained by hand on a routine. Filtration: 5 um here (code W) against the 40 um standard - choose 5 um where downstream valves, instruments or spray equipment need finer air. Gauge: a round external gauge reading psi is fitted; embedded square gauges and MPa or bar scales are the alternatives. Thread: G (BSPP) on this unit; PT is the AirTAC standard and NPT is also an order option. The J suffix means no mounting bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR300 flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote honestly. Tell us your required flow and working pressure and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code means the bowl is drained by hand: open the drain valve at the bottom of the bowl to discharge collected water. Choose automatic drain if the unit sits where nobody drains it regularly, or differential-pressure drain (the default) if you want draining tied to the pressure drop across the element. Note that the manual-drain regulation range is 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi).
