The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF2K AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2 psi Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR300C15MJF2K is a 300-size filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a PT1/2 (1/2 in) PT-threaded port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain bowl in metal, and a standard regulator with an adjustment range of 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). An embedded square gauge graduated in psi is fitted as standard, and a reverse/check valve is built in to hold downstream pressure when the supply is removed. No mounting bracket is included in this version.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is available with automatic, manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um (code W) or 40 um element, gauge scale choices and G/NPT thread options to order. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the tool-change clamping and pneumatic actuation circuits of a CNC machining centre, with the check valve holding set pressure during supply dips and the psi gauge giving operators a direct setpoint readout.
Conditions the air feeding divert gates, bag sealers and carton-closing cylinders on a packaging conveyor, removing pipeline water and particulate at 40 um while the regulator holds a stable pressure for consistent seal and gate action.
Serves as the point-of-use filter regulator on the compressed-air header of a laboratory automation or sample-handling system, where the manual drain allows controlled blowdown at the start of each shift and the check valve protects set pressure on the bench circuit.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600 covers 1/8 in to 1 in ports, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand - we can check the curve against your application before you order. Drain choice matters: this unit has a manual drain, which also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi); automatic and differential-pressure drains suit unattended installations but carry a 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) range. Filter grade is 40 um as standard here; choose code W for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. The fitted square gauge reads in psi; MPa and bar scales and an external round gauge are alternatives. Thread is PT as standard on this model, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options. Brackets are optional - this configuration ships without one.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR300 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM number. Tell us your port size, working pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curve for your application on request before you order.
The M in the code selects a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by operating the drain by hand, which suits attended installations. On this GFR300 filter regulator the manual-drain version also offers the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range, whereas automatic and differential-pressure drain versions are set from 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
