The AirTAC GFR300C15MLC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15MLC2WK is an AirTAC GFR300 filter regulator: water and particulate removal plus pressure regulation in a single body, for a PT1/2 (1/2 in) port. This configuration is the low-pressure type, with a 5 um filter element, manual drain, metal bowl, a round gauge on the psi scale, and a reverse (check) valve fitted; the mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The G-series filter regulator line runs from size 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and can be ordered with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um standard or 5 um filtration, square or round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm datasheet figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Air preparation for clamp and swing cylinders on a machining-cell fixture, where a low-pressure regulated supply and 5 um filtration protect the directional valve stack.
Clean, regulated air to spray guns on a coating line, with 5 um filtration helping keep particulate out of the finish and the regulator holding a low set pressure.
Regulated air to diverters and gate actuators on a packaging conveyor, with the fitted check valve holding the downstream circuit if the main supply dips.
Size and port step up together with flow demand: this unit is size 300 with a PT1/2 port, and larger sizes carry larger ports. Choose the drain to match service: manual drain (this unit) needs periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains handle condensate without attention. Filtration here is 5 um (code W) against the 40 um standard - pick 5 um where downstream valves and instruments need finer air. The round gauge is fitted on the psi scale; embedded square gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales are the standard alternative. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options. Bracket included. As a low-pressure type, its regulation range differs from the standard unit and the exact range is not published - ask us to confirm it for your setpoint. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for your port and pressure before you order.
This unit has a manual drain: condensate collected in the metal bowl is released by hand. Manual drain suits installations checked as part of a routine, while automatic or differential-pressure drains suit units that run unattended. Ask us if you want the same unit specified with another drain type.
