The AirTAC GFR300C15NT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR300C15NT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus downstream pressure regulation combined in one body. This unit is the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port, fitted with the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. The regulator is the standard type with a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum working (inlet) pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted as supplied, and no reverse/check valve is included. The 300-size bowl is polycarbonate (PC).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans four sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drains, G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard, gauge variants, and a low-pressure regulator type. Flow figures for this family are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use air preparation for the clamp and seal cylinders on a carton or blister packaging line: the 40 um element keeps packing debris and condensate out of the valves while the regulator holds a steady working pressure to the actuators.
Supply conditioning for the air cylinders that divert cartons or totes between conveyor lanes, where a stable regulated pressure keeps gate timing consistent and the differential-pressure drain handles condensate on a continuously running line.
Filtration and regulation of the shop-air feed to a CNC machine's pneumatic functions - tool-change clamps, chip doors and air-blast nozzles - protecting the machine's valves from water and particles at the half-inch machine drop.
Choose the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) against the air demand of the circuit; the 300 size with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines where a half-inch supply is already run. Pick the drain to match the installation: the differential-pressure drain on this model suits steady-flow lines, an automatic drain (code A) suits intermittent-flow duty, and a manual drain (code M) suits points an operator visits routinely. The standard element is 40 um; specify the 5 um W grade where downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration. Gauge variants and scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) and the included mounting bracket complete the choices. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Send us your line pressure, downstream pressure setting and expected air demand, and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for the GFR300 size against your application before you order.
This model is supplied without a gauge (code N), so you read the regulated pressure on your own downstream gauge or fit a gauge variant of the GFR300. The regulator itself is the standard type with a setting range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). Gauge options in the family include an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales - ask us which variant suits your panel.
