The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed where the main compressed air line feeds a CNC machining cell, this unit removes water and fine particulate and holds a set working pressure for the cell's pneumatic valves and actuators.
Mounted ahead of the cylinder bank on a packaging or palletising conveyor, it conditions the air and regulates pressure so carton-forming and clamp cylinders see a stable supply.

Size 400 with a 1/2 in NPT port suits lines with substantial air demand; step down to 300 or up to 600 if your flow requirement points elsewhere - we can check the flow curves against your application before you order. The 5 um element (code W) is the finer choice where downstream valves and instruments tolerate less particulate than the 40 um standard grade removes. The manual drain means an operator opens the bowl drain periodically; choose automatic drain if the unit will sit where regular attention is impractical. The square gauge here reads psi; MPa and bar scales are also catalogue options. PT is the standard thread and G or NPT are ordered as options - this unit is specified with NPT. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.

This unit has code M, a manual drain: condensate collected in the polycarbonate bowl is released by opening the drain by hand, so the bowl needs periodic attention. Automatic drain is available as an option if the unit will not be checked regularly.
