The AirTAC GFR400C10F3T AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/8 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C10F3T is a size 400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a 3/8 in NPT port, a 40 um standard filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically as flow passes through. The standard regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with this drain type, an embedded square gauge reading in bar is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The polycarbonate bowl suits the size 400 frame.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale choices and G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds the clamp cylinders on a dedicated assembly fixture: the 40 um element keeps scale and pipe debris out of the clamp valves while the regulator holds a steady set pressure so clamping force stays repeatable from part to part.
Mounted at the drop of a carton-sealing or wrapping machine, it cleans shop air of condensed water before it reaches the machine's directional valves and sets the working pressure the machine was designed around.
Installed ahead of a conveyor line's air jets and diverters, it strips water that would otherwise carry onto product and holds the header pressure steady so diverters and stoppers act consistently across the shift.
Start with the port step: this unit is the size 400 frame with a 3/8 in NPT port; step up or down (200/300/400/600) if your line needs a different connection or flow capacity, and let us check the flow curves against your demand. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) drains with flow, automatic drains on a cycle, and manual drain widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi). Filter grade is 40 um standard; choose the W code for a 5 um element where finer filtration is needed. Gauge scale can be ordered in MPa, psi or bar, and thread can be PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT. Brackets are optional on the family and included here. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your equipment and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The differential-pressure drain (the default on this model) discharges collected condensate automatically whenever air flows through the unit, with no operator attention. The same size can be ordered with an automatic drain or a manual drain; note that with a manual drain the regulation range widens to 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), while the differential-pressure and automatic versions cover 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi).
