The AirTAC GFR400C10MLJC2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/8 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C10MLJC2G is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: a 40 um filter and a pressure regulator combined in a single body, sized at 400 with a G3/8 (BSPP) port. This configuration is the low-pressure regulator type with a manual drain, a round pressure gauge reading in psi, and no mounting bracket or reverse/check valve. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 inch, and options that include automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um filter element (code W), square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for a carton-sealing or wrapping machine's pneumatic cylinders: the 40 um element strips water and pipe scale, and the low-pressure regulator holds a steady, reduced supply pressure to the actuators.
Feeding a bench press or clamping fixture that runs below main line pressure: the round psi gauge gives the operator a direct reading at the setpoint, and the manual drain is emptied during routine shift checks.
Supplying cleaned, regulated air to the blow-off nozzles that keep dust and debris off a conveyor line, with the manual drain purged at the start of each shift and the psi gauge confirming the setting.
The real choices in this family are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 inch), which you match to the air consumption of the circuit rather than to a quoted rating; the drain type (manual, automatic or differential-pressure); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); the gauge and its scale; the thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order); and whether a bracket is fitted - this configuration carries no bracket. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the datasheet flow curve and sizing for your application on request.
This unit is built with an M-suffix manual drain: condensate collects in the bowl and is released by hand, which suits stations visited during routine checks. If the unit will sit unattended, ask about the automatic or differential-pressure drain variants of the same series.
