The AirTAC GFR400C15ALNWTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 5um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR400C15ALNWTK is a GFR-series filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation in a single body. This configuration is built for 1/2 in NPT ports, carries a 5 um filter element (the W grade, against the 40 um standard), drains condensate automatically, and uses the low-pressure regulator type. No gauge is fitted (code N), a reverse/check valve is built in (code K), and a mounting bracket is included. The 400 size uses a polycarbonate bowl, and the unit takes a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi) at -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um elements, gauge and thread options, so a matching unit exists for most lines. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm the figures from the datasheet before you order.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, low-pressure regulated air feeding pneumatic clamps on a CNC fixture line; the 5 um element protects the clamp valves and the automatic drain clears condensate from the supply without operator attention.
Feeding stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling or packaging conveyor, where the built-in check valve blocks backflow through the unit and the regulator holds the working pressure the cylinders were set up for.
Point-of-use preparation for laboratory automation or test-rig actuators running at reduced pressure, with fine 5 um filtration ahead of sensitive control valves and automatic condensate draining on an unattended skid.
Choose the size by port and flow: sizes 200 through 600 step up from 1/8 in to 1 in ports, and the 400 size here gives a 1/2 in port. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (the default), automatic as fitted here, or manual; automatic clears condensate without operator attention while manual relies on a scheduled check. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) as fitted here for finer protection of downstream valves. This unit is the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so we confirm it on request. Gauge and scale (MPa, psi or bar), thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options) and bracket are the remaining decodable choices. Because flow is published as curves, not a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, port size and downstream demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet before you order.
This unit carries code A, an automatic drain that discharges collected condensate without operator attention - useful on lines that run unattended. The GFR400 is also available with a manual drain or the differential-pressure default; tell us which you want when ordering.
