The AirTAC GFR400C15LF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LF1TK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This 400-size unit is piped at 1/2 in NPT thread, carries the standard 40 um filter element, drains condensate by differential pressure, and is the low-pressure regulator type. It comes with an embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, a reverse/check valve fitted, a mounting bracket, and a polycarbonate bowl.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, plus drain, filter-grade, gauge, thread (PT, G, NPT) and bracket options. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Point-of-use conditioning for clamping and holding circuits that work at reduced set pressures: the filter section strips water and swarf from the plant air line while the low-pressure regulator holds the lower working pressure the circuit was designed around.
A single conditioning point ahead of the cylinder and valve bank on a packaging line: clean, moisture-reduced air at a stable regulated pressure feeds the actuators, and the check valve holds the downstream setting if supply pressure dips.
Conditioning the air feed to panel-mounted pneumatic controls and transducer supplies, where the 40 um element protects sensitive components and the MPa-scaled square gauge gives operators a direct local pressure readout.
Size and port: the 400 frame with 1/2 in NPT ports suits circuits plumbed at 1/2 in; step up or down through sizes 200 to 600 as your demand changes. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us if your set point is critical. The drain is differential-pressure (automatic and manual drains are order options on this family), the element is the standard 40 um grade (5 um is code W), and the square gauge is scaled in MPa with psi and bar scales available. Thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. A mounting bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this family as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number. Send us your line pressure, set pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type (its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us if your set point is critical). F1 is the embedded square gauge scaled in MPa, with psi and bar scales available as options. K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The T at the end is the NPT thread; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option.
