The AirTAC GFR400C15LJC2WGK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LJC2WGK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in a single body. Water and particulate are removed from the compressed air by a 5 um element (the W grade; 40 um is the standard element), and the low-pressure (L) regulator type sets and holds downstream pressure. This configuration is built around a G1/2 (BSPP) port on the size 400 body, with the differential-pressure drain (the catalogue default), a round external gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve fitted; no mounting bracket is included (code J). The size 400 bowl is PC (polycarbonate). Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is offered in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, PT, G or NPT threads, and bracket options; the two-unit GFC and three-unit GC combinations add lubrication where a full F.R.L. is needed. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

On a machining fixture with air clamps that must never see full line pressure, the low-pressure regulator holds a reduced downstream setting while the 5 um element keeps rust and pipe scale out of the clamp cylinders.
At a spray-coating drop on a paint line, the unit filters water and 5 um particulate ahead of the gun and regulates the atomising pressure, while the fitted check valve blocks backflow through the drop when neighbouring legs vent.
Feeding the cylinders and air jets on a carton-sealing conveyor, this G1/2 filter regulator sits at the machine inlet, the psi gauge gives operators a local reading, and the differential-pressure drain sheds collected condensate.
Size and port step up together: 200, 300, 400 and 600 carry progressively larger ports (1/8 to 1 inch) and correspondingly more flow, so choose the size whose flow curve covers your demand rather than the port alone. On this unit the real choices are already fixed in the code: 5 um filtration instead of the 40 um standard, the differential-pressure drain instead of automatic (A) or manual (M), a round psi-scale gauge instead of the embedded square gauge, G thread instead of PT (the standard) or NPT, and no mounting bracket.
The L code makes this the low-pressure regulator type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Flow itself appears only as curves, not a single rating - send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR400 flow as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your required flow and working pressures and we will confirm against the datasheet whether this size 400, G1/2 unit suits your line - the confirmation is on request.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type. The unit still filters to 5 um and regulates in one body, but the regulator is the low-pressure version and its exact adjustment range is not published in our datasheet extract, so ask us to confirm it. Everything else decodes normally: G1/2 G-thread port, differential-pressure drain, round psi gauge and a fitted check valve.
