The AirTAC GFR400C15LJC2WT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LJC2WT is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body, with a 1/2 in NPT port. This unit is the low-pressure type (code L), fitted with a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain and a round gauge reading in psi. No mounting bracket is included (code J) and no reverse/check valve is fitted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options covering drain type, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge style and scale, G/NPT thread variants and brackets. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Supplying filtered, regulated air to the clamp and unclamp cylinders on a robotic welding fixture, where the 5 um element protects seat valves and the low-pressure setting matches the clamp circuit's working band.
Feeding the flap-folding and press cylinders of a cartoning machine with moisture- and particle-filtered air regulated down to the machine's low working pressure, with the round psi gauge giving operators a local reading.
Actuating the reject and divert gates on a bottling conveyor, where a single body handles both water removal and pressure setting at the line side and the differential-pressure drain keeps the bowl clear during production.
Pick the size step (200/300/400/600) against the port and the air demand of your circuit; this unit sits at size 400 with a 1/2 in NPT port. Drain type is a real choice: differential-pressure (as fitted here), automatic (A) or manual (M). Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection - this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauges are the embedded square type as standard or an optional external round gauge, scaled in MPa, psi or bar; this unit is ordered with the round gauge in psi (C2). Thread is PT as standard, with G and NPT as order options - this unit is the NPT version. The J code means no mounting bracket, and the L code marks the low-pressure regulator type for circuits running below the standard band. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your line pressure and the air demand of your circuit and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The L marks the low-pressure regulator type, intended for circuits that run below the standard regulator band. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in the sheet we work from, so we confirm it on request; if your circuit runs at standard shop pressure, the standard-type GFR400 is the corresponding version.
