The AirTAC GFR400C15LJF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LJF3WTK is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 400 configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, the 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain, and the low-pressure regulator type. It is supplied with the embedded square gauge scaled in bar and a built-in reverse (check) valve, and without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um standard or 5 um fine filtration, gauge scale options, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the figures for your application and we will send the datasheet.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air for the clamp and fixture actuators on an assembly press, with the built-in check valve blocking reverse flow in the downstream line.
Point-of-use air conditioning for pneumatic cylinders and grippers on a lab automation skid, where the 5 um element protects fine control valves and the bar-scale gauge gives a local pressure readout.
Supplying regulated air to diverter and stopper cylinders on a packaging conveyor line, with the differential-pressure drain handling condensate without a manual drain routine.
Pick the size by the port and flow step: sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 map to increasing ports from 1/8 in up to 1 in, so size 400 with a 1/2 in NPT port sits in the mid-to-large range. This unit is already specified with the 5 um element (the 40 um standard element is the alternative where finer filtration is not needed), a differential-pressure drain, the low-pressure regulator type, a square gauge in bar, and a check valve. If you need a different thread, PT is the standard and G (BSPP) and NPT are catalogue options; a mounting bracket is fitted on bracket-equipped variants.
The low-pressure type is the variant to choose where the application calls for lower regulated pressures than the standard type is set up for; the exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published, so confirm it with us. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your flow and pressure conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
The W in the code selects the 5 um element instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream valves and cylinders. The K adds a reverse (check) valve so air does not flow back through the unit. Both are catalogue options you can include or omit on other GFR400 units.
