The AirTAC GFR400C15LNTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/2 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15LNTK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This size 400 configuration has a 1/2 in NPT port, a 40 um filter element, a differential-pressure drain and a polycarbonate bowl. It is the low-pressure regulator type, and a reverse/check valve is fitted; no gauge is included in this configuration. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). A mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family covers sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in, and options across the range include automatic or manual drains, a 5 um (code W) element, embedded square or external round gauges in MPa, psi or bar scales, G (BSPP) or NPT threads, and bracket variations. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtered, regulated air to the clamping cylinders that hold sheet steel in position while a robot welds, with the fitted reverse/check valve serving circuits that need to hold their set downstream condition.
Air preparation for the cylinders that push, divert and stop cartons on a bottling-line conveyor, with the 40 um element protecting downstream directional valves from dirt and condensed water.
Supplying a workshop bench that exercises pneumatic components at reduced set pressures, where the low-pressure regulator type is the appropriate match; we confirm the exact regulation range on request.
The real choices within GFR are the size and port step (200/300/400/600, 1/8 to 1 in) matched to the flow your line needs; the drain type (differential-pressure as here, automatic, or manual); the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um with code W); whether the regulator carries an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; and the thread (PT is the standard; G and NPT are order options, as chosen here). This unit is the low-pressure regulator type (code L); its exact regulation range is not published in the material we hold, so confirm it with us. A bracket is included. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your inlet pressure, set pressure and required flow, and we will confirm from the datasheet whether this size 400 unit suits your application.
No gauge is included in this configuration (code N); elsewhere in the range the regulator can carry an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge with MPa, psi or bar scales. This unit is the low-pressure regulator type (code L); its exact regulation range is not published in our material, so please confirm it with us before ordering.
