The AirTAC GFR400C15MLJC2WK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1/2 in PT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15MLJC2WK is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: a filter and a pressure regulator combined in one body, so the compressed air is cleaned of water and particulate and reduced to your working pressure in a single unit. This configuration is the size 400 model with a PT1/2 (1/2 in) PT thread, a manual drain, the 5 um (W) filter element instead of the standard 40 um, the low-pressure regulator type, an external round gauge scaled in psi, a reverse (check) valve fitted, and no mounting bracket.
It is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR range, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 in and PT, G or NPT threads. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing); at size 400 the bowl is polycarbonate. Because flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Cleaning and stepping air down to a low working pressure for carton sealers and case packers, with the 5 um element protecting downstream valves from fine debris and the manual drain emptied at shift end.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to pneumatic clamps and workholding on a machining cell, with the fitted check valve blocking reverse flow in the circuit.
Filtering compressor air to 5 um and regulating it to a low set pressure for spray guns and air motors on a finishing line, with the round psi gauge read directly at the point of use.
The real choices in this series are the size and port (200 to 600, 1/8 to 1 in - step up for more flow), the drain (differential-pressure standard, automatic, or manual as fitted here), the filter grade (40 um standard, 5 um as on this unit), the gauge (embedded square or external round, scaled in MPa, psi or bar - this model carries a round psi gauge), the thread (PT standard, with G or NPT as order options) and the bracket. This unit is also the low-pressure regulator type with a check valve fitted and no bracket.
Flow for this series is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the right size from the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain, so condensate is drained by hand rather than automatically, and C2 specifies the external round gauge scaled in psi. If you would prefer automatic or differential-pressure draining, or an MPa or bar scale, ask us for the alternative code.
