The AirTAC GFR400C15MLJC3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1/2 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR400C15MLJC3T is an AirTAC GFR400 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation combined in a single body. This configuration carries a 1/2 in NPT port, a manual drain for operator-controlled bleeding of collected condensate, the standard 40 um filter element, and the low-pressure regulator type. A round gauge with a bar scale is fitted, and no mounting bracket is included. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. The bowl on this unit is metal.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with a choice of PT, G or NPT thread, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) element, gauge and scale options, and bracket variants. Flow is published by AirTAC as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm flow and datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| C1 | Port size See datasheet. This body offers 10 = PT3/8", 15 = PT1/2". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, low-pressure regulated air to the clamp cylinders on a stamping press cell, where the manual drain lets an operator bleed accumulated water from the bowl at the start of each shift.
Conditions the air feeding a laboratory or QA test bench that runs at reduced setpoints, with the round bar-scale gauge giving the operator a direct local reading of the regulated line pressure.
Filters and regulates the supply to stopper and pusher cylinders on a bottling-line conveyor section, removing water and particulates before they reach the valve island and actuators.
Choose the size and port step against the air consumption of the downstream circuit: this unit is size 400 with a 1/2 in port, one step up from size 300. Drain type is a real choice: manual (as here) puts condensate removal in the operator's hands, while automatic and differential-pressure drains bleed the bowl without intervention. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauges can be the embedded square type or an external round gauge, with MPa, psi or bar scales. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options, and a bracket can be added or omitted (J = no bracket). This is the low-pressure (L) regulator type; its exact setpoint range is not published in the material we hold, so ask us to confirm it against your setpoint before ordering. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so send us your application and we will confirm sizing before you order.
Quick checklist
The PC bowl must not be cleaned with solvents — wipe it with a dry cloth. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR400 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a l/min, m3/h or SCFM figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and datasheet figures for this exact configuration on request.
The M in the code specifies a manual drain: an operator opens it to discharge collected condensate, which suits installations checked on a regular schedule. The GFR400 family is also available with automatic or differential-pressure (the default) drains, and the filter element can be specified as 5 um with code W instead of the standard 40 um.
