The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator, G3/4, Manual Drain is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a size-600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration carries a G3/4 (BSPP) port, a 40 um standard filter element, a manual drain on the aluminium-alloy bowl, and a built-in square gauge scaled in psi. The standard regulator adjusts outlet pressure from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), and a reverse/check valve is fitted to hold the downstream setting if the supply line is interrupted. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with a choice of port sizes, PT/G/NPT threads, manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element option (code W), gauge scale options and a low-pressure type on request. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in take-off from the compressor ring main, it cleans the plant air of water and scale and holds a steady header pressure for every workstation downstream.
Feeding cylinders and gripper circuits on a packaging line, the unit delivers filtered air at a set pressure so clamp and push strokes stay repeatable from shift to shift.
Mounted ahead of a bank of directional valves on a process skid, it protects the valves from condensate and particulate while the check valve holds the set pressure during supply dips.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) until the port and flow capacity match your line; the 600 size here takes a 3/4 in port and uses an aluminium-alloy bowl. Choose the drain to suit access: manual for periodic attention, automatic for unattended condensate removal, or differential-pressure as the default. Pick the 40 um standard element for general air preparation, or the 5 um W option where finer filtration is needed. Select the gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar) and the thread: PT is the standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. Brackets are included on this unit. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in GFR60020MF2GK specifies a manual drain, so condensate is emptied by hand at intervals. The GFR600 is also available with an automatic or differential-pressure drain if you prefer unattended condensate removal.
