The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT3/4, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a size-600 filter regulator that combines water and particulate removal with downstream pressure regulation in one body. This configuration is fitted with a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the element rises, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a reverse (check) valve. The 3/4 in NPT port suits larger air mains, and the aluminium alloy bowl reflects the heavy-duty 600 size. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulator adjusts from 0.15 to 0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, filter grades of 40 um (standard) or 5 um, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure regulator option, and G or NPT thread variants. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding clamps and counterbalance cylinders on a metal stamping line, where the 3/4 in port handles a high-draw main and the 5 um element protects directional valves from water and fine scale.
Regulating supply to conveyor gate and stopper cylinders in a bottling plant, with the psi square gauge giving operators a visible setpoint and the check valve holding downstream pressure if the main dips.
Serving clamping fixtures on a CNC machining cell, where stable regulated pressure keeps clamp force repeatable and the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate out of the fixture circuit.
Size and port step up with flow demand: 200, 300, 400 and 600 cover ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose published flow curve clears your worst-case air consumption with margin. This unit is already the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (fitted here) drains only when the element loads up, automatic drains continuously, and manual requires operator attention - manual drain also widens the regulation range to 0.05-0.9 MPa. Filter grade is 5 um here (W code) versus the 40 um standard; choose 5 um where downstream valves and cylinders need finer protection. Gauge scale (MPa, psi or bar - psi fitted here) and thread (PT standard, G or NPT to order) should match the rest of your installation.
Flow for GFR units is published as curves, not a single rating, so we cannot quote a rated number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air consumption and we will confirm the sizing against the datasheet curves on request before you order.
The W code in GFR60020F2WTK selects the optional 5 um filter grade instead of the 40 um standard, for finer protection of downstream components. The F2 code selects the embedded square gauge with a psi scale; MPa or bar scales and an external round gauge are also catalogue options.
