The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is built on the 600 size with a 3/4 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without operator attention, and the standard 40 um filter element. It is the low-pressure type, fitted with an embedded square gauge scaled in psi, a reverse (check) valve, and includes a mounting bracket. The aluminium alloy bowl suits this 600-size frame.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), alternative gauge scales in MPa or bar, and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Published flow data appears as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm figures from the datasheet for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Positioned at the drop to a welding fixture's clamp circuit, this unit filters condensed water and scale out of the shop air supply and holds a steady, lower regulated pressure to the clamps, with the check valve helping hold downstream pressure if the main line dips.
Mounted ahead of the air knives that dry bottles as they leave the rinser, this 3/4 in unit conditions the high-consumption blow-off supply: the 40 um element stops particulate reaching the nozzles and the automatic drain clears condensate without a stop for manual draining.
Installed on the 3/4 in supply feeding a machining centre's tool-clamp and chip-door cylinders, this unit delivers clean, regulated air at the lower pressure the machine builder specifies, with the square psi gauge giving the operator a direct reading at the machine.
Choose the size by the port and flow step: 200 through 600, with this unit at 600 and 3/4 in NPT for larger supply lines. Drain options are differential-pressure (the series default), automatic (as fitted here) and manual; automatic suits points that are hard to reach on a regular walk-round. Filter grade is 40 um standard, or 5 um with code W where finer filtration is needed. Gauges are embedded square as standard with an optional external round gauge in MPa, psi or bar scales; threads can be ordered in PT (standard), G or NPT; a bracket is included. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Ask us and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet against your line conditions before you order.
This unit carries code A, the automatic drain, which discharges condensate from the bowl without operator attention. The same 600-size filter regulator can be ordered with a manual drain or with the differential-pressure drain that is the series default; the 5 um element (code W) and gauge scales in MPa or bar are also order options.
