The AirTAC GFR600-20 AirTAC Filter Regulator, PT3/4, Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20 is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is the low-pressure type (code L), intended for circuits that hold set pressures below the standard regulator range. It carries a 40 um standard filter element, a differential-pressure drain that bleeds accumulated condensate whenever the pressure differential across the element rises, and an external round gauge on a psi scale so operators can read the set pressure directly. The 3/4 in PT port suits main air lines feeding larger pneumatic equipment, and the aluminium alloy bowl is standard at this size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including 5 um filtration (code W), automatic or manual drains, G or NPT threads, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and a reverse/check valve. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we confirm the datasheet and flow figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at a 3/4 in drop feeding a packaging hall's ring main, the unit strips condensate and pipe scale from the main supply and holds a reduced, stable header pressure for the machines below, with the psi gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold that drives conveyor gate and pusher cylinders on a bottling line, the filter stage keeps water and debris out of the valves while the low-pressure regulator holds the gentler circuit pressure those actuators are built for.
Fitted at the inlet of a pneumatic control panel serving positioners and air-operated pilot valves, the unit delivers filtered air at a fixed reduced pressure, the round psi gauge allowing technicians to verify the setting during routine panel checks.
Step up or down through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) to match the port and flow your line needs; this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 in PT port. Choose the drain to suit maintenance practice: differential-pressure (this unit, self-bleeding), automatic, or manual. Choose 40 um for general protection or 5 um (code W) where downstream valves and instruments need finer filtration. Gauge choices are the embedded square gauge or the external round gauge fitted here, in MPa, psi or bar scale - this unit is psi. Thread is PT as standard; G (BSPP) and NPT are order options, and a no-bracket variant (code J) is available if you do not need the included mounting bracket. Because flow is published as curves rather than one rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your inlet pressure, set pressure and expected air consumption, and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curves for your application on request.
The differential-pressure drain (the default) bleeds condensate from the bowl automatically whenever the filter element loads up, with no operator action. If your maintenance routine prefers it, the same size is available with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M) - ask us to quote the variant.
