Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

At the drop feeding a packaging line, the GFR600-20 strips water and debris from the main supply and holds a steady regulated pressure to the valves and actuators downstream.
Mounted before the supply to conveyor stopper and pusher cylinders, it keeps condensate and particulate out of the valves and pins the working pressure the cylinders were sized for.
On the air feed to a spray booth, the 40 um element catches particulate before it reaches the finish and the regulator sets the gun supply pressure; the manual drain lets an operator bleed the bowl at shift start.

Drain type is a real choice: manual (this unit) is emptied by hand on a schedule, automatic drains continuously, and differential-pressure drains when the pressure drop across the element rises.
