The AirTAC GFR600-20AF3WT AirTAC Filter Regulator, NPT 3/4 in, 5 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-20AF3WT is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: filtration and pressure regulation combined in one body, sized for 3/4 in NPT ports. It removes water and particulate down to 5 um (the W fine-grade element, versus the standard 40 um), then regulates downstream pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with a standard regulator. The automatic drain expels collected condensate without manual attention, the embedded square gauge reads in bar (external round gauge available as an option), and the size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is published in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port options from 1/8 to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, 40 um or 5 um filtration, gauge and thread options, and bracket or no-bracket mounting. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 20 | Port size PT3/4". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in main drop feeding a packaging line's actuators: the 5 um element cleans the air and the regulator holds a steady working pressure, while the automatic drain keeps condensate off the downstream valves.
Mounted ahead of the cylinder bank on a conveyor system, this unit filters the supply to 5 um and regulates it to the pressure the drive cylinders were set up for, with the bar gauge giving operators a visible setpoint.
Fitted upstream of a pneumatically actuated valve manifold in a process skid, where clean, regulated air protects the positioners and the aluminium-bowl, auto-drain configuration suits a continuously running installation.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200/300/400/600) as your port and flow demand grows; this unit is the 600 size at 3/4 in NPT. Choose the drain to match the installation: automatic (this model) for unattended duty, manual where you inspect regularly, or the differential-pressure default. Pick 40 um for general protection or 5 um (this model) where finer particulate control matters. Gauge scale is selectable (MPa, psi or bar; this unit is bar), and thread is PT as standard with G and NPT as order options; brackets are optional on the family and included here.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes filter-regulator flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your line pressure and expected air demand and we will confirm the flow data from the GFR600 datasheet for your application before you order.
This model carries the A drain code, meaning condensate collected in the aluminium bowl is expelled automatically instead of waiting for a manual bleed. That suits unattended or continuously running installations; manual and differential-pressure drains remain available across the GFR family if your maintenance routine prefers them.
