The AirTAC GFR600-20F3T AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT3/4, Bar Gauge is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-20F3T is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure in a single body. This size-600 unit is threaded NPT3/4 (3/4 in), carries the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain, and the standard-type regulator covers 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). An embedded square gauge scaled in bar is fitted, maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). The bowl on this size-600 unit is aluminium alloy (smaller 200/300/400 sizes use polycarbonate), and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options include a 5 um element (code W), automatic or manual drain, alternative gauge scales (MPa, psi, bar) and G (BSPP) or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing and datasheet details for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Fit the GFR600-20F3T at the drop feeding a CNC machining cell so the machine's directional valves, clamps and fixtures receive air that is free of water and particulate and held at the set working pressure.
Install ahead of the cylinder bank on a packaging line so sealing jaws, pushers and grippers see steady regulated pressure, with condensate and pipe-scale removed before it reaches the valves.
Use on a branch taken off the plant air main to serve a work area: the 3/4 in NPT connection suits a main-distribution tap, and the unit cleans the air and sets a stable pressure for everything downstream.
Choose the size by port and required flow: the 200/300/400/600 steps run from 1/8 in up to 1 in ports, and the published flow curves - not a single rating - define what each size delivers, so let us confirm sizing against your demand before you order. On this model the drain is differential-pressure (it opens as the pressure differential across the element builds); automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are available, and manual-drain versions carry the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) setting range. The standard element is 40 um; specify W for 5 um. The fitted square gauge is scaled in bar, with MPa or psi scales and an external round gauge as options. Thread is NPT here; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is an order option. A mounting bracket is included.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit has a differential-pressure drain: it opens automatically as the pressure differential across the 40 um element builds, so the bowl empties without operator attention. Automatic (code A) and manual (code M) drains are also available in the family, and manual-drain versions carry the wider 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) regulation range.
