The AirTAC GFR600-20G AirTAC Filter Regulator 3/4in G Thread is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-20G is a filter regulator: one body that removes water and particulate from compressed air and then regulates downstream pressure. This size-600 unit has G3/4 ports with G (BSPP) thread, a 40 um standard filtration element, and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the bowl is high enough. The set outlet pressure is read on the embedded square gauge, which on this configuration is scaled in psi, and the fitted reverse (check) valve holds downstream pressure if the upstream supply is lost. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and the mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part from the GFR series, which spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in up to 1 in, a choice of drain types (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), an optional 5 um element (code W), gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT threads. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Drops feeding a wrapping and cartoning line take filtered, regulated air from a 3/4 in header; the check valve keeps actuators from venting back if the compressor unloads.
A machining-centre cell drawing pneumatic clamps and chip-blow-off air from a 3/4 in drop gets particulate and water removed ahead of a set regulated pressure, read in psi.
Quarter-turn pneumatic actuators on a process skid need clean, pressure-stabilised air; the filter regulator conditions the supply and the check valve holds the actuator position on supply loss.
Size and port are the first choice: the 600 size with G3/4 ports sits at the top of the GFR range, so step down to 200/300/400 if your line flow is modest and the 3/4 in connection is larger than your piping needs. Drain type is decodable: differential-pressure (this unit) drains on demand, automatic (code A) drains continuously, and manual (code M) requires operator attention. Filtration is 40 um standard; specify the W code for a 5 um element where downstream valves or instruments need finer air. The gauge can be ordered with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is available as an alternative to the embedded square one. Thread is PT by default across the series, with G and NPT as order options; brackets are optional on smaller sizes and included here.
Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, we do not quote a rated flow number. Send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a rated flow number. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet on request.
This unit's differential-pressure drain releases collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the bowl is sufficient, with no operator input. If you prefer, the series can be ordered with an automatic drain (code A) or a manual drain (code M); the regulation range differs between drain types, so confirm the variant when ordering.
