The AirTAC GFR600-20JF2G AirTAC Filter Regulator G3/4, 40 um is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT3/4" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-20JF2G is an AirTAC GFR600 filter regulator: water and particulate filtration plus pressure regulation in a single body. It handles compressed air at a G3/4 threaded port, filters to 40 um, and regulates downstream pressure across 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi). The differential-pressure drain vents collected condensate as the pressure differential across the element rises, and the embedded square gauge is scaled in psi for direct setting. The 600-size bowl is aluminium alloy, and this configuration is supplied without a mounting bracket. Operating temperature is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing), with a maximum inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200 to 600 with ports from 1/8 to 1 inch, drain choices (differential-pressure, automatic or manual), 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) filtration, gauge scales in MPa, psi or bar, and PT, G or NPT thread options. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 3/4 in drop feeding a machining centre's clamps, tool-change cylinders and air blast, delivering clean 40 um air at a steady regulated pressure read directly off the psi gauge.
Mounted on the air supply to a packaging hall's conveyor stops, gates and pusher cylinders, where the differential-pressure drain keeps condensate off the valves during continuous shifts.
Placed ahead of quarter-turn actuators on a plant utility skid, filtering supply air to 40 um and holding the actuator supply at the set pressure shown on the square psi gauge.
Size up by port step against the air demand of the circuit: this unit is the 600 size with a 3/4 port, the largest step in the GFR range, so move down to 300 or 400 only if your flow requirement (checked against the published curves) is clearly lower. The differential-pressure drain is the default and needs no setting; choose automatic (code A) for unattended drains or manual (code M) where you want scheduled draining. The 40 um grade suits general plant air; specify 5 um (code W) if downstream valves or instruments need finer filtration. Gauge scale here is psi; MPa or bar scales are available, and an external round gauge can replace the embedded square gauge. Thread is G (BSPP); PT and NPT versions are order options. No mounting bracket is fitted in this configuration. Because flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as performance curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your line pressure, downstream demand and allowable pressure drop, and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet curves on request.
Differential-pressure drain is the default on this unit: it discharges collected condensate automatically when the pressure differential across the filter element rises to a set level, with no operator input. If you prefer a fully automatic float drain or a manual drain you control yourself, the equivalent GFR600 models with codes A or M in the drain position cover those choices.
