The AirTAC GFR600-25 AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in PT, Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25 is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure at a set point, in a single body. This 600-size unit has a 1 in PT port, a manual drain on the aluminium alloy bowl, and the 40 um standard filter element. The regulator is the low-pressure type, intended for circuits that hold a reduced working pressure rather than full line pressure. A round gauge reading in psi is fitted to show downstream pressure, a reverse (check) valve is built in so downstream pressure is held if supply dips, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options for drain type, 5 um (W) filtration, gauge style and scale, G or NPT thread, and a reverse valve. Max inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and working temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing and any datasheet figure for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |

| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, regulated air to the gripper and clamp cylinders on a bottling line's low-pressure section, with the built-in check valve holding the circuit if supply dips.
Conditions the air feeding pneumatic positioners and control valves on a process skid, holding a reduced set point and showing it on the fitted psi gauge.
Supplies the diverter and stopper cylinders along a packaging conveyor, with the 40 um element keeping debris out of the downstream directional valves.
Start from the port and size: this unit is 600 size with a 1 in PT port, so step down to a 300 or 400 if your line flow is smaller, and take 1 in only where the circuit genuinely needs it. Drain choice matters in daily use: the manual drain here suits a point where an operator already walks the line, while automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain versions suit bowls that are hard to reach. Filtration is the 40 um standard element; specify the W option for 5 um where finer pre-filtration matters. The fitted round gauge reads in psi; an embedded square gauge, or MPa or bar scales, are the alternatives. PT is the standard thread, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options. This is the low-pressure regulator type and its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it against your set point with us before ordering. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing from the datasheet for your application.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application's flow and pressure requirements and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet curves on request.
This unit has a manual drain: an operator opens it to empty collected water from the aluminium alloy bowl. If the unit will sit where nobody regularly walks the line, order the automatic (A) or differential-pressure drain version instead so condensate is handled without attention.
