The AirTAC GFR600-25 AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25 is a size-600 filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration has a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, a differential-pressure drain, standard 40 um filtration, a fitted embedded square gauge with psi scale, and no mounting bracket. The regulator is the standard type with an adjustment range of 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). Because this is the 600 size, the drain bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, and with options including automatic or manual drains, 5 um (code W) filtration, different gauge scales, G or NPT threads, and a mounting bracket. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |

| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| G | G (BSPP) thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, regulated air to the clamping and tool-change circuits of a CNC machining centre, where a 1 in supply port serves the machine's main air drop and the psi gauge lets setters read setpoint directly.
Supplying the air cylinders that divert, stop and merge bottles on a filling line, with the filter section protecting valves from water and debris picked up in the plant ring main.
Serving as the point-of-use filter regulator on a factory assembly cell's main air drop, combining water and particulate removal with a stable regulated supply to the cell's actuators and air tools.
Start with the port step: the GFR600-25 has a 1 in G-thread port, the largest in the GFR range, so size up to 600 when your line's air demand sits at the top of what smaller 1/2 in units can pass. Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rating, send us your application's air demand and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order. Drain choice is decodable: this unit uses the differential-pressure drain (the default); automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are order options. Filtration is the standard 40 um element; specify code W for the 5 um grade where finer particulate removal is needed. The fitted square gauge here reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are alternatives, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is G (BSPP) on this model; PT is the standard thread and NPT is also an order option. Note this configuration (code J) comes without a mounting bracket; a bracket is available as an option.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow performance as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Send us your application's air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The differential-pressure drain is the default on GFR units: it discharges collected condensate when the pressure differential across the filter rises. If you prefer condensate to discharge automatically regardless of differential, order the A (automatic drain) version; the M (manual drain) version lets an operator drain the bowl by hand. This GFR600-25 is the differential-pressure configuration.
