The AirTAC GFR600-25 AirTAC Filter Regulator PT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25MLC2WK is a filter regulator: one body removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates the pressure delivered downstream. This 600-size unit is ordered with a PT1 (1 in) port, the low-pressure regulator type, a 5 um filter element (W), a manual drain, an external round gauge scaled in psi, and a reverse/check valve fitted; a mounting bracket is included. At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR series spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, standard or low-pressure regulation, gauge and thread options, and a max inlet pressure of 1.0 MPa (145 psi); operating temperature is -5 to 70 C, non-freezing. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm datasheet figures for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| C | Gauge shape: Round. C is round, F is square. |
| 2 | Gauge scale: psi. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| (blank) | PT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating the main air feed to pneumatic clamps and cylinders on a stamping or forming press line, where the 1 in PT port serves a large, high-demand branch of the circuit.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to spray guns and coating stations on a finishing line, with the 5 um element and manual drain helping keep water and particulate out of the delivered air.
Conditioning a main air drop that feeds carton sealers, case packers and wrapping machines, with the fitted check valve guarding the regulated circuit against backflow.
Step through sizes 200/300/400/600 and ports 1/8 in to 1 in to match the air demand of the line - the 600 size with a PT1 port serves the largest branch flows in the range. Choose the drain: manual (as ordered here), automatic, or the differential-pressure default. Choose 40 um standard filtration or the 5 um (W) element for finer protection of downstream equipment. The embedded square gauge is standard, with an external round gauge optional in MPa, psi or bar scales - this unit carries the round psi gauge. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT available as order options; the bracket can be omitted (J) and a reverse/check valve (K) added, as here. Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so send us your application details and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes GFR flow as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow and the full datasheet figures for this exact configuration on request.
The L code orders the GFR600 with the low-pressure regulator type instead of the standard one, for circuits that operate at reduced pressures. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure type is not published in the catalogue; ask us and we will confirm it from the datasheet. Max inlet pressure remains 1.0 MPa (145 psi).
