The AirTAC GFR600-25AF1TK AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25AF1TK is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and holds downstream pressure steady, in a single body. This size 600 unit is specified with a 1 in NPT port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, and an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in MPa. A reverse (check) valve is fitted to hold downstream pressure if the supply drops, and a mounting bracket is included. The aluminium alloy bowl is specific to the 600 size.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator line spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and is offered with manual, automatic or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um optional element, square or round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, and G, NPT or PT threads. Rated flow is published as curves rather than a single figure, so we confirm the datasheet figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 1 | Gauge scale: MPa. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the 1 in drop from a plant compressor receiver, it filters water and particulate out of the main supply and regulates the header pressure feeding the workshop distribution lines.
Feeding the pneumatic cylinders and actuators on a carton-forming and conveyor line, it keeps actuation pressure stable so clamp and push strokes repeat consistently through the shift.
Mounted on a process skid supplying quarter-turn pneumatic valve actuators, it delivers clean, regulated air while the check valve holds actuator pressure if the plant supply dips.
Size and port are the first choice: the 600 body with its 1 in port suits the highest flow duty in the GFR range, while 200/300/400 bodies cover smaller ports at lower cost. Drain type is a real decision here: the automatic drain on this unit suits unattended or hard-to-reach installations, while manual and differential-pressure drains are available where periodic attention is preferred. The 40 um element fitted here is the standard grade; a 5 um element (code W) is the option for finer protection. The square gauge fitted is scaled in MPa, and psi or bar scales plus an external round gauge can be ordered instead. Thread is NPT on this unit; PT is the standard thread and G (BSPP) is an order option. Brackets are included on this configuration.
Because flow is published as curves and not as a single rated number, ask us to confirm sizing against your air demand before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number that is not in the datasheet. Tell us your air demand and line conditions and we will confirm the flow figures from the datasheet for this 1 in NPT unit on request.
The automatic drain expels collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it, which suits units mounted high, in enclosed cabinets or on lines that run unattended. Manual and differential-pressure drain versions are available if your maintenance routine prefers scheduled draining.
