The AirTAC GFR600-25AJF2GK AirTAC Filter Regulator G1 (1 in) Port is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has See datasheet ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600 series is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This unit is the size 600 configuration with a G1 (1 in) G-thread port, an automatic drain that expels collected condensate without manual attention, a 40 um standard filter element, an embedded square gauge reading in psi, and a built-in reverse/check valve that holds downstream pressure when the supply is lost. It is supplied without a mounting bracket. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), the standard regulation range with automatic drain is 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and the operating temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). At size 600 the bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) filter element, square or external round gauges with MPa, psi or bar scales, a low-pressure type option, and an optional reverse/check valve. Flow for this series is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.

| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |

Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Filtering and regulating plant air at a 1 in main drop that feeds assembly stations, keeping condensate and scale out of downstream tools while holding a set working pressure.
Supplying filtered, regulated air to the pneumatic cylinders and stopper gates that index bottles along a filling and capping conveyor.
Conditioning the instrument air supply on a pilot plant skid, where the check valve holds the set pressure at the valves if the header supply is interrupted.
Size 600 with a G1 (1 in) port is the largest step in the GFR range; step down to 200/300/400 for smaller ports and lighter air demand, and match the port size to your main rather than oversizing the body. Choose the drain to suit access: automatic (this unit) suits unattended installations, manual suits periodic checks, and the differential-pressure default drains on pressure drop. Filter grade is 40 um as standard; specify code W for 5 um where finer particulate removal is needed. The embedded square gauge is standard and this unit reads in psi; MPa and bar scales are available. Thread is G (BSPP) here; PT is the standard catalogue thread and NPT is an order option. A mounting bracket can be added if this no-bracket configuration needs panel fixing. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for this series as curves rather than a single rated figure, so we do not quote one number. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
The A in the code specifies an automatic drain, which expels collected condensate without anyone opening the bowl - useful for unattended or hard-to-reach installations. The alternatives in the range are manual drain (code M) and the differential-pressure drain, which is the default. Note the regulation range differs by drain type: 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi) with automatic or differential-pressure drain, 0.05-0.9 MPa (7-130 psi) with manual drain.
