The AirTAC GFR600-25ALNT AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a automatic drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25ALNT is a filter regulator: one body that first removes water and particulate from compressed air, then regulates downstream pressure. This size 600 unit is specified for 1 in NPT ports, carries the standard 40 um filter element, and has an automatic drain that expels collected condensate from the bowl without anyone opening it. It is the low-pressure regulator type, and no gauge is fitted (code N), so add a separate gauge if the line needs a visible reading. The aluminium alloy bowl suits the larger 600 size frame.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, and options including manual or differential-pressure drains, a 5 um element (code W), a fitted gauge, and G or NPT threads in place of the PT standard. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| A | Drain: Automatic drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

A 1 in branch feeding a production hall's air ring main, where the GFR600 cleans the supply and holds a set downstream pressure for the whole drop.
Filtering and regulating the air feeding cylinder-driven conveyor gates and diverters on a packaging or bottling line, with the automatic drain keeping condensate out of the valves.
Mounted on its bracket inside a machine's air preparation enclosure, conditioning the supply to the machine's own pneumatic circuit at a fixed low-pressure setting.
Step up through the GFR sizes (200, 300, 400, 600) as your port and air demand grow; this 600 unit takes a 1 in NPT connection. Choose the drain to match maintenance reality: automatic (this unit) for unattended condensate removal, manual for periodic draining, or differential-pressure where draining should follow the pressure differential. The 40 um element is the standard grade; specify code W for 5 um where finer filtration is needed. Threads come as PT standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options - this unit is NPT. A bracket is included for mounting, and gauges can be added at order time since none is fitted here.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, send us your line conditions and we will confirm sizing against the datasheet before you order.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR600 series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a figure here. Tell us your line pressure and air demand and we will confirm the sizing from the datasheet before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted. GFR units can be ordered with an embedded square gauge or an external round gauge (MPa, psi or bar scale), or you can add a separate gauge downstream. Ask us to quote the gauge-equipped variant if you need a visible pressure reading.
