The AirTAC GFR600-25LF3WTK AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25LF3WTK is a size-600 filter regulator that removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single body. This configuration is built with a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (the finer of the two published grades), a differential-pressure drain on the bowl, and the low-pressure regulator type. It ships as coded with an embedded square pressure gauge scaled in bar, a reverse/check valve fitted, and a mounting bracket included. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, 40 um or 5 um filtration, PT, G or NPT threads, and gauge scale options. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| (blank) | Pressure gauge fitted (blank). |
| F | Gauge shape: Square. C is round, F is square. |
| 3 | Gauge scale: bar. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| K | Reverse-flow (reflux) valve fitted. |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeding filtered, pressure-limited air to low-pressure clamp and hold-down actuators on a stamping line, where the low-pressure regulator type and 5 um element protect the clamps from dirt and overpressure.
Supplying cleaned air to low-pressure air-knife and blow-off stations on a carton packaging conveyor, with the check valve holding the set circuit against backflow and the differential-pressure drain keeping the aluminium bowl clear.
Conditioning supply air for pneumatically actuated dosing and isolation valves at a water-treatment plant, where the 1 in NPT port serves the plant header and the bar-scaled square gauge gives operators a direct local reading.
Start with the port step: size 600 with a 1 in NPT port is the largest GFR frame, chosen when the air demand at the point of use calls for the biggest published port. Drain type is a real choice on this family - differential-pressure (as coded here, draining as the pressure differential builds), automatic for unattended draining, or manual where an operator checks the bowl. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um (code W) for finer protection; this unit carries the 5 um element. Gauges are square embedded as standard with MPa, psi or bar scales, and an external round gauge is optional. Thread is PT as the catalogue standard with G and NPT as order options - this unit is ordered in NPT. A bracket is included unless the J code is specified.
Because flow is published as curves and not a single rated figure, ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering. The exact regulation range of the low-pressure type is not published in our sheet; we will confirm it on request.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. The reflux valve permits reverse flow through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated number, so we do not quote a rated flow, Cv or SCFM figure. Send us your application details and we will confirm the flow curve and sizing from the datasheet on request before you order.
L marks the low-pressure regulator type (its exact range is not published; we confirm it on request). K means a reverse/check valve is fitted. The drain is the differential-pressure type as standard: it expels collected condensate as the pressure differential builds, with no operator action needed. Automatic (A) and manual (M) drains are available as alternative order codes.
