The AirTAC GFR600-25LNT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low-Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25LNT is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in a single 600-size body. This configuration is built with a 1 in NPT port, the low-pressure regulator type, the standard 40 um filter element and a differential-pressure drain that bleeds collected condensate automatically whenever the pressure differential across the element is high enough. The size-600 bowl is aluminium alloy, no gauge is fitted (code N), no reverse/check valve is fitted, and a mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR filter-regulator family spans sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600, with port options from 1/8 in to 1 in, PT as the standard thread and G (BSPP) or NPT as order options, a choice of differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter grade, and gauge variants. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so ask us to confirm the datasheet and sizing for your application on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the drop from a large plant air header to a production hall, cleaning water and scale from the supply and holding a steady low-pressure line feeding the floor's air tools and cylinders.
Mounted ahead of the valve manifold on a carton-forming and palletising conveyor, supplying filtered air to the clamp and pusher cylinders while keeping the circuit pressure stable through each machine cycle.
Fitted on the air supply skid feeding large process control valves and actuators, removing condensate and particulate and regulating the supply pressure that positions the actuators.
Size and port step up together: 200 through 600 with ports from 1/8 in to 1 in, so pick the size whose flow curve covers your demand with margin - we can check the curve against your application before you order. For this unit the low-pressure regulator type is selected; its exact adjustment range is not published in our sheet, so confirm it with us if your set pressure is critical. Drain choice matters: differential-pressure (this unit) drains only under load, automatic (A) drains continuously, and manual (M) needs an operator. Filter grade is 40 um standard or 5 um with code W for finer protection. Gauge is optional - embedded square or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales - and this N-code unit carries none, so add one separately if you need a visual setpoint. Thread is PT as standard with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; a bracket is included on this unit.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not as a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Tell us your operating pressure and air demand and we will confirm the flow from the datasheet curve for this exact 600-size unit on request before you order.
The N in the code means no gauge is fitted. You can order the unit with an embedded square gauge or an optional external round gauge, in MPa, psi or bar scale. If you already have panel gauges, this configuration lets you read pressure there; otherwise ask us to quote the gauge variant when ordering.
