The AirTAC GFR600-25LNWT AirTAC Filter Regulator NPT1 Low Pressure is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 5 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a differential-pressure drain and regulates 0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The GFR600-25LNWT is an AirTAC GFR-series filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and regulates downstream pressure in one body. This 600-size unit has a 1 in NPT port, a 5 um filter element (code W), a differential-pressure drain and the low-pressure (L) regulator type. No gauge is fitted (code N) and no reverse/check valve is included. The bowl is aluminium alloy, which is standard at the 600 size, and a mounting bracket is supplied. Maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi) and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing).
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family spans 200, 300, 400 and 600 sizes with PT, G (BSPP) and NPT thread options, 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filtration, differential-pressure, automatic or manual drains, gauge choices and standard or low-pressure regulator types. Flow is published as curves rather than a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm the datasheet figures for your application before ordering.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. The low-pressure type adjusts over a lower band than standard; we confirm the exact figures from the factory datasheet. Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| (blank) | Drain: Differential-pressure drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.15 - 0.9 MPa (20 - 130 psi)). |
| L | Low-pressure type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| (blank) | Mounting bracket included. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| W | Filtering grade 5 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Installed at the air drop feeding a clamping or forming press circuit, where the 1 in port handles a plant-size supply and the low-pressure regulator holds the circuit at the reduced setting the tooling needs while the 5 um element keeps wear particles out of the valves.
Mounted ahead of the cylinder bank on a packaging or bottling conveyor line, filtering condensed water from the header supply and regulating the lower pressure that the stoppers and pushers cycle at, with the differential-pressure drain clearing collected condensate as the line runs.
Placed on the atomizing-air branch of a spray coating line, where the 5 um element protects fine spray nozzles from particulate and the regulator holds the reduced, stable pressure the nozzles are set up for, without a gauge cluttering a panel already fitted with its own instrumentation.
Size and port step up from 200 to 600 as flow demand grows; this unit sits at the top of the range with a 1 in NPT port. Choose the drain: differential-pressure (as fitted here, draining as the pressure differential builds), automatic, or manual. Choose the filter grade: 40 um standard or 5 um (W) for finer protection - this unit carries the 5 um element. The L code selects the low-pressure regulator type rather than the standard type; its exact adjustment range is not published, so confirm it with us. Gauges (square embedded or external round, with MPa, psi or bar scales) are available on variants that carry them - this one has none. The thread here is NPT; PT is the standard and G (BSPP) is also an order option. Flow is published as curves, not a single rating, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as curves, not a single rated figure, so we do not quote a number here. Send us your application details and we will confirm the datasheet flow curves and sizing for the 600 size with the 1 in NPT port before you order.
L selects the low-pressure regulator type instead of the standard type. The exact adjustment range for the low-pressure version is not published; standard GFR units with a differential-pressure drain adjust 0.15-0.9 MPa (20-130 psi), and maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi). Ask us to confirm the low-pressure range against your setpoint.
