The AirTAC GFR600-25T AirTAC Filter Regulator 1 in NPT is a genuine G-series filter regulator: water separation, 40 µm particulate filtration and balanced-type pressure regulation combined in a single body. It has PT1" ports, a manual drain and regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). It does not lubricate — add a GL lubricator, or order the GFC two-unit set, if downstream equipment needs oil.
The AirTAC GFR600-25T is a filter regulator: it removes water and particulate from compressed air and sets downstream pressure in a single body. This size 600 unit has a 1 in NPT port, a manual drain bowl in aluminium alloy, and a standard 40 um filter element. The regulator adjusts from 0.05 to 0.9 MPa (7-130 psi), the maximum inlet pressure is 1.0 MPa (145 psi), and the working temperature range is -5 to 70 C (non-freezing). No gauge is fitted with this configuration and no mounting bracket is included.
This is a genuine AirTAC part. The GFR family is available in sizes 200, 300, 400 and 600 with port sizes from 1/8 in to 1 in, in PT (standard), G (BSPP) or NPT thread, with differential-pressure, automatic or manual drain, a 40 um standard or 5 um (W) filter element, gauge options, and a reverse/check valve option. Flow figures are published as curves rather than a single rating, so we confirm the datasheet and sizing figures on request.

Specifications follow the official AirTAC G-series air-preparation data. The regulating band is set by the drain type: automatic and differential-pressure drains regulate 0.15 - 0.9 MPa, a manual drain regulates 0.05 - 0.9 MPa. Standard type, regulating 0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi). Air must not freeze in the unit. Flow curves, weight and outline dimensions are not published in our data set — ask us and we will confirm from the factory datasheet.
| GFR600 | G-series filter regulator, 600 body — sets the port range. |
|---|---|
| 25 | Port size PT1". This body offers 20 = PT3/4", 25 = PT1". |
| M | Drain: Manual drain — this also sets the regulating band (0.05 - 0.9 MPa (7 - 130 psi)). |
| (blank) | Standard type. Blank is standard, L is the low-pressure type. |
| J | Supplied without bracket. |
| N | No pressure gauge (N). |
| (blank) | Gauge shape: Factory standard. C is round, F is square. |
| (blank) | Gauge scale: Factory standard. 1 is MPa, 2 is psi, 3 is bar. |
| (blank) | Filtering grade 40 µm. Only 40 µm (blank) and 5 µm (W) exist. |
| T | NPT thread. PT is the default; G is BSPP and T is NPT. |
| (blank) | No reverse-flow valve (the default). |
Field order is size, port, drain, type, bracket, gauge, shape, scale, grade, thread, reflux — a blank position takes the default. Example: GFR300-08 is a 300 body, PT1/4", differential drain, standard type, bracket included, gauge fitted, 40 µm, PT thread, no reflux valve.
A larger body carries a larger port and holds set pressure better as flow rises. AirTAC publishes flow only as curves, so size the body from your peak demand with headroom. The GFR600 uses an aluminium-alloy bowl; the 200, 300 and 400 bodies use PC.

Feeds filtered, pressure-set air to workpiece clamps and pneumatic fixtures on a machining centre, where a manual-drain bowl suits a supervised cell and the 1 in port serves a high-demand main drop.
Supplies conditioned air to stopper gates, pushers and diverters on a bottling or canning conveyor, keeping water and debris out of the cylinders while holding a set working pressure.
Installed at a main air drop feeding a packaging machine's valve manifold, combining water and particulate removal with pressure regulation in one body to protect downstream valves and actuators.
Size and port are the first choice: 200, 300, 400 and 600 step up in port and flow capacity, so match the size to the air demand of the circuit rather than the pipe alone. This unit is size 600 with a 1 in NPT port. Drain type is the next decision: manual drain (this configuration) needs periodic draining by hand, while automatic and differential-pressure drains discharge condensate with less attention. The filter grade is 40 um standard; choose the 5 um (W) element where finer particulate removal is needed. A gauge can be ordered (round or square, MPa, psi or bar scale) - this unit has none fitted. Thread is PT as standard, with G (BSPP) and NPT as order options; this unit is NPT. A mounting bracket can be added; this configuration has none.
Flow is published as curves, not a single rated figure, so ask us to confirm sizing against your application before ordering.
Quick checklist
The aluminium-alloy bowl on the GFR600 suits harsher environments than a PC bowl. Without the K option, air cannot flow back through the unit. A filter regulator adds no oil to the line.
AirTAC publishes flow for the GFR series as characteristic curves, not as a single rated figure, so there is no one number we can quote. Tell us your application and we will confirm the flow and sizing figures from the datasheet on request before you order.
The M in the code GFR60025MJNT specifies a manual drain bowl. Condensate collects in the aluminium bowl and must be drained by hand at intervals. If you prefer unattended condensate discharge, the same size is available with an automatic (A) or differential-pressure (blank) drain - we can quote the alternative configuration.
